The content referred to below is not accessible for the following reason(s):

Non-compliance

  • in general, there is not sufficient contrast between the background and the text of certain (non-critical) informative content. Contact us for more information (info at the end of the list)
  • in general, the footer of our website offers image links without a textual alternative, go to the home page to find functional links to the mobile application.
  • in general, many images do not offer a relevant textual alternative, making them much less useful. However, no essential information is transmitted by the image (except in the case of footer images, see point above).
  • on the page concerning the car loan application, the text providing pre-contractual information is not sufficiently contrasted and is very small. It can be found on the right-hand side of the application form in a white box.
  • our forms display error states in a non-textual way: only the colour changes to red, and an icon is displayed, with no text to help with the correction. Most of the time, all the information requested is required.
  • links for sharing on social media in our blog do not allow sharing if you are using a keyboard.
  • the page listing details of our agencies has no clearly defined title or link, and it is impossible to use a keyboard to browse it. If you need to find an agency near you, please contact us (info at the bottom of the list).
  • if you have any questions about the information included on our website, please call us on +352 437 43 4350 or use our contact form, or contact your agent.
